Oprah and Her Trainer, Bob Greene, Say Oprah Hates Exercising - Goes Against Her Beliefs in "The Secret"

Why does Oprah's famous personal trainer, Bob Greene, think you have to exercise even though you hate it? He allows Oprah to hate working out and makes her do it anyway! I'm not saying that if you hate working out you should not workout, I'm saying, like Tony Robbins says, if you have to do something, find a way to make it enjoyable while you're doing it!
The common way to do this is to determine a reward before hand to give yourself after you workout, so while you're working out you know you have a reward coming. But there are other ways to learn to enjoy something you hate but have to do. Instead of getting on the treadmill in your home or gym, go for a nice walk outside if you enjoy that more, or put a movie (that you like) on in your home while you exercise (just make sure you can be focused enough to still work hard).
Better yet, simply change your attitude about working out, and stop saying "I hate working out" and don't talk like Oprah about being "a professional dieter" - I love Oprah and I know she knows "the secret" but everyone slips up, and by her labeling herself as "a professional dieter" and saying with emotion that she "hates working out", she's keeping herself in that mind state and body shape. Like Jennifer Nicole Lee says, start calling yourself things like 'an athlete in the making' or a 'hot mom to be' or a 'sexy wife to be' etc. or say 'I'm sexy now and I'm only getting sexier and healthier!' - redefine yourself now and keep your thoughts on your new self and you will become what you think about. Your reality will change to fit with your thoughts, because of the Law of Attraction, the principle that like attracts like, or what you think about expands, as Oprah often says herself. Also, be happy now, don't tell yourself that you'll be happy after you lose weight. It's true that you can enjoy new pleasures after you've lost weight, but happiness is a choice in any circumstance.
So if you hate exercising like Oprah says about herself, and Bob Greene says about Oprah, doesn't that go against what Law of Attraction tells us to do? If you hate exercising, you're choosing to be unhappy in those moments and you're wiring your brain and body chemistry in negative ways relating to exercise (like in "What the Bleep Do We Know!?". How likely are you to continue doing something you hate, and how likely are you to do something well that you hate? Having been a Personal Trainer myself, I don't agree with Bob Greene's weight loss, fitness, and health methods, although I know he is a dear friend to Oprah, and I highly respect her. I agree with his strictness - that if you want to do something you must decide to put in the work and start right now, not Monday, not after the holidays, and not on January 1st. I also agree that most people want to look good, but don't want to put in the work, and that people who are overweight are usually covering up a deep pain or sadness that needs to be resolved.
But I do not agree that you have to exercise even if you hate it because it's good for you - I believe you have to find a way to make exercise enjoyable in the moment because it's good for you, that way you'll do your exercise well, and you'll keep doing it even when someone else doesn't force you! I wish Oprah the best!
